Caramel Custard For A Few Minutes

What do you need:

  • milk – 1 liter
  • sugar – 300 grams
  • 8 eggs
  • 20 grams vanilla

How to make it:

Melt 200 grams sugar and divide it into eight flan molds. You need to mix the milk, eggs, vanilla, and 100 grams sugar and add the ready product to caramelized sugar in flan molds. Add water in the cooking tray and place the bowls in the tray.  Bake for about 30 – 40  minutes at a temperature 160 – 170 degree.


Tip: Keep an eye on the water in the cooking tray. It should not evaporate. Other ways caramel custard will become bubbles
