How To Cook Easy And Quick.

Are you coming home late and you are too tired for cooking? Do you want to do something quick and healthy?

One of the fastest and easiest meals to cook is soup with meatballs.

You need:

  • Around 5-7 potatoes (1-1.5 kg)
  • Salt
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper
  • Parsley 100 grams
  • Spices for vegetables by your choice
  • Pepper
  • Ground meat (mixture of beef and pork)
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Pepper

Start peeling the potatoes and onion.

Cut the pepper and the onion on to small cubes. Cut the potatoes to small cubes and the carrot to thin circles.

Make small meatballs from the ground meat.

Leave one pot of water to boil on medium heat. Put in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the vegetables in the pot and then leave it for 15 minutes to boil.

Then add the meatballs and 1 tablespoon of salt. Add 1 tablespoon sweet pepper. After 10 minutes add the rest of the ingredients by salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until the potatoes are soft and the meatballs acquire a darker color instead of the red. You must cook the vegetables and the meat together for at least 30-45 minutes.
